SENIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER OOH
POSITION
As a key member in the sales team you will develop and maintain a positive relationship with Oatly’s partners in the OOH channel. Also, you will be the spokesperson for Oatly in the Dutch market, embrace and share the values of Oatly. As Senior Key Account Manager OOH you will make sure that Oatly is recognized as a key partner to our clients with the objective of growing our joint business on the long-term. In this role you will report directly to the Head Of Sales Benelux, Anne-Fleur Jansen.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain a trustful relationship with a portfolio of partners;
- Responsible for developing strategy and plans to get new accounts and grow on the OOH market. Being in the lead to execute this strategy with colleague Key Account Manager(s);
- Develop plans for new product launches and promos;
- Take care of the yearly negotiations and achieve business growth;
- Allocate budgets, make forecasts and support in planning and logistics to assure the availability of our Oatsome products;
- Explore market and identify opportunities to get our products into more markets and achieve business growth;
- Responsible for the customers P&L’s;
- Work in conjunction with Marketing Department to assist with the planning and execution of creative, local events that increase the presence and visibility of all brands within the target market;
- Look for opportunities to expand brand visibility via events;
- Participate in local and national sales and marketing conferences and meetings;
- Coaching colleague Account Manager OOH with the use of your experience to make sure you achieve the year goals.
PROFILE CANDIDATE
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- You have BSc/Msc in business administration, sales or relevant field;
- Relevant work experience within Key Account Management in the Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG);
- Experience with responsibility for own P&L;
- Experience with Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook;
- System savvy, Power BI, Nielsen.
