                    SALES MANAGER OOH 

POSITION

As part of Lindt & Sprüngli’s commitment to expanding our reach and driving growth in new channels, we are looking for a Sales Manager Out of Home. From our office in the heart of Rotterdam, you will initially cover for the maternity leave of our Sales Manager NL, taking on responsibility for the AH key account. After this interim period, you will transition into a pivotal role: setting up and managing Lindt’s Out of Home (OOH) sales channels across Benelux. You will be responsible for developing the OOH strategy, building relationships with key partners, and driving sales growth in channels such as foodservice, vending, and leisure.

In this role, you report directly into the Sales Director, Wijnand de Ronde. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, and act as the ambassador for Lindt’s premium chocolate portfolio in the OOH market. Drawing on your experience with leading FMCG companies, you will identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure flawless execution of sales plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cover for the Sales Manager NL during maternity leave, including AH key account management and supervision of a (junior) key account manager;
  • Develop and implement the OOH sales strategy for Lindt Benelux, building and managing relationships with key OOH customers, distributors, and partners;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and drive profitable growth;
  • Lead the setup and operational management of OOH channels, including route-to-market, pricing, and promotional activities;
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and report on KPIs to senior management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
  • Relevant years of experience in combined OOH and Wholesale FMCG sales roles;
  • Proven track record in developing and managing OOH channels and key accounts;
    • Fluency in Dutch and English.
