MEDIA ACTIVATION MANAGER
POSITION
The company wants to enable superior skin care to our consumers which starts with reaching them via meaningful touchpoints. It is therefore an important part of their strategy to create superior consumer experiences. They are committed to continuously strengthening their communications capabilities and are therefore looking for the next Media & Activation talent to drive impactful, data-led media strategies and innovative activations that connect with their consumers in the moments that matter.
The Media Activation Manager Netherlands is a member of the Marketing Benelux team, reporting to the Head of Media and Communication Benelux. The role itself will be based in the Netherlands. But being a part of the Benelux team, certain projects will also have a Benelux scope and you might be asked to take on the lead for the entire Benelux. You will work closely on the Benelux strategies together with your counterpart in Belgium and with the PR, Influencer & Engagement Manager for the Netherlands leveraging possible synergies & learnings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work together with other local teams, E-commerce and Marketing, and agencies to define and implement the overall media & activation strategy for our iconic brands in different categories, aligned with our international strategy and guidelines.
- Analysis of the market, competitions, local landscape and create learnings from past years;
- Project management, with briefing of agencies via our integrated media platform for our brands and daily contact person for the media agency in executing campaigns;
- Executing the Marketing Mix Modelling for the Netherlands in collaboration with marketing agencies, building and integrating learnings in the media plans to increase ROI of our media investments;
- Develop digital plans for both paid channels as owned channels together with the Jr. Digital Manager;
- Update stakeholders within the company on strategy and developments as well as key customers when needed;
- Collaborate with the Ecommerce team on full funnel strategy and act as the lead in coordination towards the media agency for upper funnel touchpoints;
- Implement with excellence in execution the action plans defined in the strategy in collaboration with our brand managers;
- Ensuring international golden rules are implemented, and dashboards and reports are accurately filled in;
- Main point of contact for the digital marketing & media agencies, together with the Head of Media;
- Ensure alignment of corporate brand image with global identity guidelines and adequate usage of institutional information, both internally and externally.
PROFILE CANDIDATE
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor or Master degree in marketing/digital/ business is preferred;
- Relevant working experience in media agencies or in FMCG in similar role;
- Track record in digital on both paid channels and owned channels;
- Business proficiency in English and fluent in Dutch, both are mandatory;
- Experience in creating full funnel campaigns and integrating Marketing Mix Modelling learnings.
