The Benelux region, which is managed through the Amsterdam office, has grown significantly over the last few years to be the nr 2 chilled juice and smoothie brand in both the Netherlands and Belgium.

Therefore, for our Sales team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and action oriented:

                                                                                                            KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

POSITION

You will be looking after our business with several customers in the Dutch grocery sector, and you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with these accounts and implementing annual sales plans. You will play a major role in driving our business forward and making innocent the key growth player in the Dutch chilled juice market. You will report directly to Menzo de Muinck Keizer, Sales Manager Grocery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Developing innocent in Dutch grocery stores:

  • understands market dynamics, competitors’ businesses and intentions in customers;
  • manages Plus, Dirk, Deka, Coop, Hoogvliet, Vomar, Poiesz, Boon, Jan Linders and potentially Superunie HQ (depending on experience);
  • builds new business / contracts and strong relationships with (new) ultra-fast delivery operators;
  • builds contact base between wide range of customer functions, the OOH team and the wider innocent business;
  • recommend and manage within team P&L budget.

Providing Customer, Sales and Systems support:

  • agrees profitable, sustainable annual innocent business plan with each customer and has understanding of overall category plan;
  • helps to build customer category insights / NPD sales organisers;
  • provides business with accurate, timely volume forecasts for customers;
  • ensures we have robust reporting – visibility of all key numbers;
  • works closely together with the Sales Assistant.

PROFILE CANDIDATE

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • A bachelor/ master degree;
  • You had a first significant experience in a sales role in FMCG;
  • You speak both Dutch and English (good level required).
