The Strategic Business Unit Consumers, Craftsmen and Building adhesives (AC) provides high-quality solutions for adhesives, sealants and functional coatings to a wide target group ranging from consumers to professional craftsmen, and markets a wide range of brand name products, like Perfax, Pritt, Pattex, Loctite and Rubson. We are looking for a:

CATEGORY MARKETING MANAGER ADHESIVES

POSITION

You will be the Key Account Manager with focus on the Do-It-Yourself (DIY) channels, developing and managing sales strategies for various partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop approach towards the target groups of DIYers;
  • Develop strategic partnership and outperform growth of Priority1 customer addressing assortment, pricing, promotional, and planogram elements of the business;
  • Develop & manage the strategy for a specific channel together with dedicated wholesalers in line with Henkel service strategy;
  • Overall coordination, functional management and leadership of all of the sales activities of the business;
  • Provide direction to cross functional resources to find insights to drive strategic plan and to execute plans with excellence;
  • Work in a Benelux environment.

PROFILE CANDIDATE

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Academic degree;
  • Relevant working experience in sales.
