For the Sales division of Henkel Consumer brands we are currently looking for a:
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER E-COMMERCE
POSITION
The Key Account Manager E-commerce is responsible for the achievement of profitable sales with all the pure player customer accounts and work with leading brands such as Witte Reus, Syoss and Schwarzkopf within FMCG. You will be reporting directly to the Group Account Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and agree on annual joint business plans that align Henkel objectives and strategies with those of the customer;
- Accountability and responsibility for P&L on customer level, following KPI’s: turnover, profit and market share;
- Further build and execute a winning E-commerce strategy that’s aligned with the overall sales and marketing priorities;
- Negotiate annual investments & counter performances, always looking for win-win situations;
- Monitoring customer performance and proactively adapt your plans accordingly;
- Ensure precise, consistent, and timely communication with the customer & internal stakeholders (demand planners, customer service);
- Establish and maintain long-term, sustainable relationships with key accounts.
PROFILE CANDIDATE
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Academic degree either Bachelor or Master’s;
- Relevant working experience preferably within FMCG;
- Working with online customers or other omni-channel retailers is a pre;
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
