                                                                                      KEY ACCOUNT & E-COMMERCE MANAGER

POSITION

As Key Account & Ecommerce Manager Derma /Hansaplast you will be part of driving and implementing the sales and e-com strategy in The Netherlands for the pharmacy brands. The main purpose is to achieve short, mid and long-term commercial objectives of the (Derma) Pharmacy team, develop, implement and manage a customer account & commercial strategy at the traditional pharmacy trade (wholesalers & chain retailers) and in E-commerce & New Business. You will report to Susanne de Kleijn, Business & Sales Manager Pharmacy Netherlands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Strategy:

  • Implementing and executing customer strategy & account plans to gain distribution, brand market share, sales margins, and customer contribution targets;
  • Improve the online presence of our brands and drive sales at the different online retailers;
  • Responsible for key launches, activations & the implementation of retailer media campaigns (in close collaboration with marketing, sales and digital teams);
  • Develops, formulates and executes the customer investment and sales strategy that meet both short and long term country business objectives in cooperation with the Business Leader NL.

Business Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute a sales and customer-marketing, annual, medium and long term plan that ensures the delivery of brand, category and customer objectives with efficiency & excellent execution;
  • Annual negotiations: implement a joint business plan on yearly basis & controls the customer TTC system in line with the strategy;
  • Ensures the delivery of the agreed monthly business forecast and provide on a weekly basis details of any variance to the forecast. Monitor sell out figures and the local execution of pricing, promotions and POS excellence;
  • Prepare and implement a promotional customer plan, in alignment with business lead & marketing and ensure the successful implementation of the agreed customer list price;
  • Ensure a broadly-based positive business relationship across the customers with formal customer reviews happening regularly to ensure an integrated business to business relationship.  Builds excellent customer relationships on an individual basis;
  • Maximizes the accessibility of Beiersdorf products at the Pharmacy. Align with the Shopper- & Customer Marketing manager to achieve the objectives.

E-Commerce & New Business:

  • Drives e-Commerce growth as substantial part of the Derma growth strategy;
  • Handles the eCom relationships, builds collaborative growth plans and aligns with Business lead & Marketing on activities to drive conversion to the Derma eCom players;
  • Identify new E-commerce trends and opportunities to build our online presence;
  • Processing and analyzing of online data received from the customers;

 

PROFILE CANDIDATE

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Master Degree (Business, economics, digital);
  • Relevant work experience in a commercial role as Key Account Manager, E-commerce specialist in FMCG;
  • Digital native with a passion for e-commerce;
  • Fluent in Dutch & English.
