As part of Lindt & Sprüngli’s long-term growth strategy, we are expanding our digital presence and direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels. To further strengthen our ambitious goals, we are looking for a:

                                                                                                     DIGITAL COMMERCE MANAGER

POSITION

From our office in the heart of Rotterdam, you will drive the growth and operational excellence of Lindt’s Online Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channels and marketplaces. You will ensure seamless omnichannel integration, deliver best-in-class customer experience, and maximize revenue through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you combine strategic vision with hands-on execution. You will manage our eShop and external platforms, develop seasonal campaigns, monitor performance, and oversee budgets. As a key link between Retail, Marketing, IT, and Global D2C teams, you will lead innovative projects that strengthen Lindt’s digital presence and customer engagement.

In this role, you are part of the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team. This team is responsible for Lindt stores, Digital Commerce, and Corporate Gifting. You report into the Head of D2C, Fritz  Stammwitz, and you manage one direct report yourself.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Lindt eShop, marketplace accounts (Bol.com, Amazon), and Pure Players (Greetz, EuroFlorist, TopGeschenken);
  • Ensure accurate pricing, stock availability, and smooth order flow across platforms;
  • Develop and execute seasonal campaigns (Christmas, Easter, Black Friday) across digital channels;
  • Monitor KPIs (sessions, conversion rate, AOV) and optimize campaigns based on insights;
  • Prepare budgets, revenue forecasts, and monthly performance reports;
  • Coordinate creative briefs and manage digital assets in line with brand standards;
  • Lead projects such as new store integrations and international launches.

YOUR PROFILE

PROFILE CANDIDATE

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Digital Commerce;
  • Relevant years of experience in eCommerce, D2C, or Omnichannel roles;
  • Hands-on experience with Magento2, SAP, and marketplace management (Bol.com, Amazon);
  • Strong knowledge of KPI analysis, budget management, and campaign optimization.
