                                                                                          CORPORATE GIFTING & E-SHOP MANAGER

POSITION

Working from our office in the heart of Rotterdam, the Corporate Gifting & eShop Manager will lead the set-up and go-to market strategy of our B2B Corporate Gifting business. This includes operational set-up, lead generation and account management. You will help businesses, from any size, find the perfect gift for their relations and/or staff.

Additionally, this role will support the acceleration of our fast-growing B2C eShop with seamless execution of online campaigns and promotions. You will be part of the D2C (Direct-to-consumer) team of Lindt & Sprüngli Benelux which is responsible for the Lindt stores, Digital Commerce and Corporate Gifting. The eShop & Corporate Gifting Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that we enchant the world with chocolate. This position reports directly to Ramon Doomen (Omnichannel Manager).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set up Corporate Gifting / B2B business

  • Lead the operational set-up;
  • Lead the commercial go-to market strategy;
  • Responsible for setting & realizing revenue targets;
  • Lead generation & account management for new & existing customers;
  • Responsible for customized proposals for each partner in line with their needs.

 Support in acceleration of eShop (B2C)

  • Execution of strategy in line with targets;
  • Responsible for execution of online promotions and campaigns;
  • Syndication of online content across different channels.

YOUR PROFILE

PROFILE CANDIDATE

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Academic degree either Bachelor or Master’s;
  • Relevant working experience preferably within FMCG;
  • Experience in B2B / Corporate Gifting is a big plus;
  • Knowledge of Magento2 would be beneficial;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English;
  • Knowledge of French language would be beneficial.
