TRADE MARKETEER
POSITION
Are you the one that can help us to strengthen our proposition and instore presentations with impactful POS material? Are you the one with experience in and a passion for social media and/or PR that will help us to inspire people in South-Europe (Spain) to surround themselves with nature?
As Trade Marketeer you will work independent, but together with our business development leader on different marketing and trade marketing activities for Spain. You are a self-starting person who likes to take the initiative and you easily find your way within an international organization with different needs from the areas. Together with the category management and marketing teams in Tilburg you work closely to align with our company way of working and thinking. As all-round Trade Marketeer (more generalist than specialist) you can deal with different marketing topics like adapting POS materials or developing a nice local PR campaign. In addition, you will implement marketing activities in these areas based on available European plans which need to be adapted to the local market needs, and you are able to define a strong vision and presentation to convince new accounts regarding the advantages of the elho group. You are not bothered by the ‘not invented here syndrome’ and you can build upon existing activities and you will only reinvent the wheel or adapt to the local situation if needed. And of course you don’t mind travelling. You will report to the business development leader of South Europe.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be responsible for successfully executing the sell-out/sell-in strategy;
- For the right selling in tools in order to support our sales teams;
- Analyzing customer assortments, resale figures and promotional results;
- The development and production of POS materials;
- In collaboration with sales, create a correct forecast for POS materials, stands & displays;
- Optimizing the category of instruments (e.g. promotions, assortment, in-store activities) and evaluating them;
- Responsible for training and presentation support in the field of assortment building and in-store presentations;
- Local implementation of PR and social media activities.
PROFILE CANDIDATE
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor/ master working and thinking level, training course commercial/marketing;
- Work experience in fast moving consumer goods B2B/B2C environment;
- Excellent knowledge of the Spanish language in words and writings;
- Affinity with the Spanish culture;
- Good knowledge of the English language (B2) in word and writing;
- Living in The Netherlands and you have a valid EU work permit.
RELEVANT COMPETENCES
- Experience with project management;
- Enterprising, innovative, customer – & result oriented;
- International work experience is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (outlook, word, excel, powerpoint);
