TEMPORARY MARKETING MANAGER- ARTIPOPPE (6 MONTHS)

MARKETING MANAGER (6 MONTHS, STARTING JULY)

You will lead our marketing team during a 6-month maternity leave cover. You have a natural drive to keep the team moving, while maintaining focus and momentum to achieve our marketing goals, thereby driving growth and visibility. Reporting to the CMO, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring project timelines are met and that communication within the team remains clear and efficient throughout all stages of a launch, campaign, or innovation. You’ll be joining a fast-growing, highly collaborative, and dynamic environment, with the opportunity to take ownership of your initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating, planning, and coordinating marketing projects and brand activities from concept to execution;
  • Overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure timely and efficient execution of all marketing initiatives;
  • Acting as the bridge between management team and marketing team, translating strategic direction into clear, actionable marketing plans;
  • Facilitating smooth internal communication & alignment across departments during campaigns, product launches, brand initiatives;
  • Supporting the marketing team in their day-to-day tasks while keeping a clear overview and delegating responsibilities effectively;
  • Implementing and helping shape growth strategies for digital marketing, focus on performance, market diversification, and long-term impact;
  • Monitoring and optimizing internal marketing processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements where needed;
  • Overseeing consistency of messaging, tone of voice, and brand aesthetic across all marketing channels (including social, email, paid ads, etc.);
  • Conducting weekly reporting on company performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations;
  • Supporting the CMO with administrative, communicative, and strategic decision-making tasks;
  • Proactively proposing improvements to elevate marketing execution at a strategic level (across advertising, e-commerce, creative design, branding);

PROFILE CANDIDATE

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • University degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Management;
  • Relevant experience in marketing, branding, or communications;
  • Experience in the fashion and luxury industry;
  • Alignment with Artipoppe’s mission, vision, and aesthetics;
  • A passion for and understanding of luxury branding.
