SENIOR BRAND MANAGER
POSITION
The Senior Brand Manager operates within the Benelux organisation and reports into the Business Leader Drinks & Brunch. This role is critical as you will be responsible for building and growing our iconic local brands, with key focus on Karvan Cévitam, De Ruijter and Venz. This is a true brand owner role. You are accountable not only for defining what the brands should stand for, but for making it happen in the market. From strategy to execution, from creative idea to content, from innovation concept to products on shelf. You work closely with commercial teams, shopper marketing, R&D and factories to ensure brands show up strongly and consistently across all touchpoints. You will report directly to Paul Rijks, Business Lead
The ideal candidate combines strong brand instincts with a hands-on mindset. You are creative, decisive and comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done. At the same time, you can manage complexity and senior stakeholders, including BLT-level discussions, without losing momentum.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Owning and building the brands Karvan Cévitam, De Ruijter and Venz end-to-end;
- Defining brand strategy and positioning, and translating it into clear actions;
- Creating and delivering strong communication, content and activation across channels;
- Leading innovation and renovation from idea to launch in-store;
- Working closely with shopper marketing to land brands powerfully on the shop floor;
- Turning consumer insights into concrete brand ideas and executions;
- Preparing 3-year brand plans and annual plans, focused on impact and execution;
- Driving excellent execution through commercial teams and external partners;
- Collaborating closely with R&D and factories to ensure feasibility and speed;
- Managing the allocated marketing budget;
- Leading and developing one direct report;
- Managing and influencing senior stakeholders across the organisation.
YOUR PROFILE

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Relevant master’s degree;
- Relevant years of experience in Brand Marketing FCMG with strong functional marketing knowledge;
- Experience in the innovation process;
- Languages: business fluent English and Dutch
