SENIOR BRAND MANAGER BENELUX

POSITION

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing  (trade) marketing plans to maximize the potential of the brands Hylo (40%) and for the introduction of the new skin care brand Skjur (60%). You will play a pivotal role in the introduction, driving brand growth, enhancing market share, and ensuring brand integrity. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with strong entrepreneurial mind set, a deep understanding of the OTC or/and the consumer self-care or skin care industry, and a passion for marketing, consumers , customers and getting things done. In this role you will report to Marie Claire Baudoux, Marketing Manager BeNeLux.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans, both on and offline, and campaigns to promote and position the Hylo and Skjur brands effectively;
  • Develop and manage (trade) marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve the marketing and sales objectives;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and key account management, supply chain, medical affairs, and regulatory, to align (trade) marketing initiatives and drive brand growth;
  • Define, plan and execute the product launch of Skjur, ensuring effective communication to retailers, pharmacies and consumers;
  • Create and oversee the development of marketing collateral, including promotional materials, sales aids, and digital assets;
  • Monitor brand performance through regular tracking of key performance indicators and market share data, adjusting strategies and plans as needed;
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the sales team, equipping them with the necessary tools and training to drive brand success;
  • Maintain brand integrity and compliance with regulatory guidelines, ensuring all marketing materials meet legal and ethical standards.

PROFILE CANDIDATE

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor/ University Degree;
  • Proven experience > 10 years as a marketeer in personal care, pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry, with a track record of successful b-to-c  brand management and product launches;
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and technologies, including market research platforms, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools;
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer health marketing or skin care principles, regulations, and industry dynamics;
  • Languages; fluent in Dutch, English and preferably in French.
