REVENUE GROWTH MANAGER
POSITION
As part of the central Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team, you’ll play a crucial role in driving long-term profitable growth for Nomad Foods. Your mission is to establish and deliver ambitious goals across volume, net sales, gross profit, and market share. By leveraging disciplined analytics, you’ll shape pricing strategies, optimize promotions, and refine the portfolio mix to maximize profitability.
In this high-impact, strategic role, you’ll lead projects to hit key sales targets, manage quarterly performance reviews, and ensure alignment between strategic plans and forecasts. You’ll also roll out group-wide initiatives to strengthen RGM capabilities across the organization, all while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain. This is a dynamic opportunity to drive real change and fuel growth in a high-visibility role. You thrive on analytical rigor, transforming complex data from various sources—consumer, market, competitors, and retailers into clear, actionable insights. You know how to pinpoint opportunities and barriers to performance improvement. You will report directly to the Head of RGM.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement joint business plans in cooperation with your customers;
- De-compose Volume/Net sales/Gross Profit targets across key levers (Pricing, PPA, Mix, Promo, Trade spend) to meet our market unit requirements;
- Lead strategic projects to deliver Net Sales Realisation goals:
- Steward the Strategic plan to Annual Plan to Quarterly forecast process; sets annual plan targets across RGM levers, quartely reviw of RGM persomrance drivers, direct forecaste correction priorities and update trade execution guiderails;
- Roll out Group-wide project plans to build long term RGM capability across the Market unit; KPI’s & Organization culture & systems roadmap and implementation.
PROFILE CANDIDATE
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor/Master degree;
- Relevant experience in an RGM role;
- Proven track record in creating impactful RGM strategies using insights and analytics;
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
