Currently we are looking for a:

                                                                                          KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER SUPERUNIE HQ


You are fully responsible for Superunie Headquarters, individual Superunie members and discount channel. You define and drive the sales strategy, develop an account plan and must be able to translate the marketing strategy towards specific sales actions. Developing yearly sales forecasts, creating monthly action plans, evaluating the financial impact of forecasting and monitoring actual sales results vs. forecasts are important aspects of your job. Based on these analyses, you develop appropriate market approach actions. You manage directly your customer relationships, negotiation and deals in order to deliver and exceed your targets. Within Iglo you work cross functionally to develop our customers and grow their categories – all of this with a clear category vision.

As Key Account Manager, you report directly to Arthur van den Hoven, Sales Manager.


  • Develop and implement joint business plans in cooperation with your customers;
  • Development of customer specific promotional calendars in line with the marketing calendar;
  • Manage customer product mix and align with strategic brand & category guidelines;
  • Manage price strategy and implementation, implement strong promo plan and ensure supply is engaged and involved in respective demand planning;
  • Manage and negotiate trading terms and promotions;
  • Full understanding of business performance and key drivers.



  • Bachelor/Master degree;
  • Relevant experience in commercial roles in FMCG;
  • Experience in making Business Plans in Cross-functional teams;
  • Experience with People Management.


  • You are an excellent negotiator, with outstanding influencing skills able to communicate in Dutch & English with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills;
  • Hands on mentality;
  • Hungry for results and achievements by complete ownership of your customer portfolio;
  • Organized and able to work under tight deadlines.
