KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER AH & JUMBO
POSITION
In the role of Key Account Manager within Bel’s Benelux Sales Team, you realize your sales objectives and build cooperation and relationships with key customers; Albert Heijn & Jumbo. A proven history of forging strong partnerships with customers is essential for success in this role. You will be responsible for delivering the sales and profit plan for these customer groups. You negotiate annual deals and draw up category plans together with the customer, develop and implement your promotional plans and you are constantly looking for new business opportunities. You will work in a small, close-knit and enthusiastic sales team in which there is a lot of freedom and responsibility and you can act quickly. In this role you will report to Marlieke Haagen (Head of Retail).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Joining a reputable family-owned corporation dedicated to both profitable and sustainable growth over the long term;
- Growing the business portfolio by nurturing iconic brands like Boursin, Babybel, and La Vache qui rit;
- Managing and developing strategic relationships with key accounts within the FMCG market;
- Achieving category growth, revenue growth and profitability through developing and executing account strategies;
- Acting as a trusted advisor by working closely with customers and internal stakeholders (such as marketing, category mgmt. and supply chain);
- Financial analyzes and forecasting to identify and exploit growth opportunities;
- Be responsible for negotiating annual contracts and promotional plans.
PROFILE CANDIDATE
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Academic degree either Bachelor or Master’s;
- Relevant working experience preferably within FMCG;
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
