At this moment Iglo is looking for an:

                                                                                                            ACCOUNT MANAGER RETAIL

POSITION

As Accountmanager Retail you will operate in the Superunie account team. You will develop and implement the local sales strategy, which means delivering and implementing the account plans for your customers. It’s a diverse job where analytics and customer contact will be balanced. You work closely with our Category Management, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams to land innovations and drive sales.

You are hungry to achieve results and go the extra mile to grab growth opportunities. You love to work in a small team and fast paced environment, where you will get loads of responsibility. You are able to organize yourself well, with a clear vision on what really matters to grow your customers.

As our Account Manager, you are part of our Sales team. You report directly to our Key Account Manager Superunie.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop & implement account plans for your customers:
    • Promotional planning & execution;
    • Optimize distribution of current assortment and innovations;
    • Growing the category at your customers;
    • Grow iglo market share;
  • Provide and deliver a robust forecast for you customers (Volumes, Net sales, Trade spend, Gross Margin);
  • Sales lead in one of our Must Win Battle teams.

PROFILE CANDIDATE

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor/Master degree;
  • Experience in a customer focused sales role in FMCG;
  • Proven selling & negotiation skills;
  • Excellent IT skills: Excel, Nielsen, Powerpoint.

RELEVANT COMPETENCIES:

  • Experience in working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and a desire to do things differently;
  • A natural instinct to deliver your objectives and always hungry for growth opportunities;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Ability to communicate in both Dutch and English and make an impact with people across all levels, nationalities, and cultures within and outside the organization.
