POSITION

Bel Benelux is on the lookout for a strategic and collaborative Head of Retail who welcomes change and possesses exceptional negotiation skills. A proven history of forging strong partnerships with customers is essential for success in this role. We seek a courageous game changer who is skilled in innovation. Equally important is your ability to inspire and lead your team, driving them to take necessary actions for growth and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Taking on a customer-focused sales position, where you lead the local team’s transformation and manage a wide range of customer interactions;
  • Working closely with and advising the Sales Director Benelux, contributing valuable insights and support;
  • Joining a reputable family-owned corporation dedicated to both profitable and sustainable growth over the long term;
  • Growing the business portfolio by nurturing iconic brands like Boursin, Babybel, and La Vache qui rit;
  • Playing a pivotal role within the collaborative, transparent, and trust-based culture of the Benelux team.

PROFILE CANDIDATE

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Academic degree either Bachelor or Master’s;
  • Relevant working experience within FMCG;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
