At the moment we are looking for a:

SALES & OFFICE ASSISTANT

POSITION

As Sales & Office Assistant you are in charge of the administrative and some operational sales tasks that support the business of all our customers. You are a key contact for the customers in the daily operations (85%). In addition, you are responsible for all office duties and organization of the various company/ team events (15%). The current sales team exists of three people, and you will report directly to Nienke van Ottele, Sales Leader Retail NL.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key contact for customers in daily operations;
  • Keep track of daily shipments and discuss forecast with Key Account Manager (KAM);
  • Manage customer specific documentation;
  • Manage the promotional process at customers from planning, implementing to evaluating and be a link between Promo calender, KAM, Markerting team and Supply Chain;
  • Coordinate SBD material between Field Sales Force and internally;
  • Process customer invoices following the correct approval process;
  • Coordinate Smartspotter;
  • Key contact for all office related matters;
  • Manage the Purchase Orders system including vendor creation and PO creation;
  • Order office supplies, IT materials (laptops, phones..);
  • Organize various company/ team events.

PROFILE CANDIDATE

  • A degree in Administration, Communication or equivalent;
  • Several years of professional experience;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, preferably also in French;
  • MS Office (good Excel skills) and fast adaptability to systems;
  • Accuracy and ability to work with data;
  • Customer relation experience;
  • Excellence in time management and handling multiple tasks at the same time;
  • High flexibility and service oriented.
