Currently we are looking for a:
MARKETING MANAGER
POSITION
As our Marketing Manager you have a fantastic opportunity to run an iconic Dutch brand, champion the frozen category AND support a more sustainable way to eat for the future. You will be responsible for leading a team of 6 ambitious and talented brand marketers and interns with an extended marketing team of 9 in total, including eCommerce, Media and RDQ. You will be a key player in the Dutch Leadership team and report directly to Jorg Brouwer, General Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will lead, direct and champion the development of our full marketing strategy across 4 product categories;
- Your responsibility is to set ambitious targets for the team and take our Must Win Battles to the next level;
- You will be responsible for taking relevant consumer insights and translating them into compelling strategies, to execute against in the Dutch market; either locally or through input into our European marketing team;
- You will work closely with our European marketing team in Bedfont in a matrix, and your local market peers in Western Europe (DE, AT and BE) to seek synergies and encourage bigger thinking;
- You will have responsibility for the full marketing mix in the Dutch market; ensuring that the annual plan reflects the needs of the consumer, retailer and Iglo across all disciplines;
- You will drive the commercial agenda; ensuring the marketing team grow the business in a sustainable and profitable way – having a key voice on all commercial topics including pricing and promo strategy and PPA;
- You will connect with retailers and industry bodies to drive the perception of the frozen category and Iglo:
PROFILE CANDIDATE
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- University Degree in Marketing (master);
- Relevant work experience in operational and strategic marketing roles in FMCG;
- Experience in midsized entrepreneurial companies and preferable in a matrix setting;
- Experience in leading teams;
- A love for food and a passion for sustainable eating.
