At the moment we are looking for a:



As Marketing Manager you will directly shape and influence to take Duracell to new heights in the battery business and create the future of personal power. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, Alberto Maria Lucchi, you will define and execute the full 360° local marketing strategy, including both Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL). You maintain a continuous communication and coordination with both the local commercial team, the central marketing team and all agencies to steer and monitor evolution of the brand KPIs like equity, shares and net revenue.


  • Full responsibility of local marketing strategy both ATL and BTL;
  • Implement the local media strategy from briefing to evaluation of the execution, in collaboration with central media hub;
  • Set promotional guidelines and create the full year consumer promotion menu;
  • Ensure local implementation of innovations and provide necessary input to HQ for further innovation development;
  • Manage the SBD strategy and lead creation of new SBD materials;
  • Lead the negotiation and execution of local partnership (Hasbro, XBox, etc.);
  • Gain deep consumer knowledge and share it among the relevant stakeholders;
  • Daily interaction with Key Account Managers and Category Manager regarding business/IMP/displays/promo guidelines;
  • Own and manage full Marketing Budget;
  • Provide deep analysis on market data (Nielsen) on a monthly basis, lead and coordinate yearly total market analysis and ad-hoc recommendation.


  • A Master degree;
  • Professional experience in FMCG;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus);
  • Knowledge of all MS Office programs (strong Excel and Powerpoint skills);
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • Hands on and capable of working under time pressure and with good time management;
  • Project management skills with the ability to work with different levels, departments and nationalities in the organization;
  • Strongly analytically skilled and data-driven thinking, yet creative and with the ability to think out of the box. At the same time diligent in execution;
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing effective and integrated Brand Marketing Plan, leveraging global framework and executing brilliant breakthrough activation in market.
