Currently we are looking for a:

           KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER OOH

POSITION

In the role of Key Account Manager OOH within Bel’s Benelux Sales Team, you develop & maintain long term relationships with customers in OOH /industry/wholesalers (national accounts or regional accounts) & Ethnic. Ofcourse you are responsible for maximizing the most profitable sales opportunities with these customers. You will develop and implement business plans, responsible for net and sales margin for its customers.  You work closely together with your sales team (key account managers OOH, trade marketing manager OOH and sales promotors. The Dutch team is a small, close-knit and enthusaisti commercial team in which there is a lot of freedom and responsibility and you can act quickly. In this role you will report to Gregory Cuvelier, Head of Out of Home & Ethnic BeNeLux.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1) With Customers:

  • Develop a PUSH and PULL strategy based on facts and profitability;
  • Maintain, develop and build up strong and long-term relationships with regional, national accounts in wholesale / industry and OOH business;
  • Plan and track account plans;
  • Identify and build up growth opportunities within accounts;
  • Collaborate with external sales teams to ensure growth;
  • Engage accounts in the company strategy

2) Within in the OOH Team:

  • Norm and form the way of working
  • Celebrate success and learn from the failure;
  • Control your Business and accounts;
  • Drive & accelerate transformation (defines and deploys strategies into operational roadmaps, engages in change by demonstrating openness and willingness & involves others and gains buy-in by bringing through energy and enthusiasm)

  • Engage all the company in the OOH & Ethnic goals;
  • Increase OOH & Ethnic Value Share within the BEL Business;
  • Lead your business from A to Z communicating with all departments: (Finance, Demand Planner, Logistic, Production, Marketing, Management)

PROFILE CANDIDATE

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in business economic sciences of Business Management;
  • Relevant working experience preferably OOH/ On trade within FMCG;
  • Sales Techniques & negationation, Customer Partnering;
  • IT knowlegde;
  • NL speaker, fluent English.
