The Group is also the result of successive partnerships with other companies active in the same wines and spirits business lines. The Rémy Cointreau headquarter is based in Paris, but the Group is setting up a team in the Netherlands. For the Sales team we are currently looking for an entrepreneurial:

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER ON TRADE

POSITION

As Key Account Manager On Trade you will have full responsibility to establish a win-win relationship with on trade key account customers like Sligro, Metro and Hanos in order to develop profitable business relationships. Since Rémy Cointreau is starting in the Netherlands you will collect information on the competition, roll out a promo plan and negotiate on the yearly agreements. You will be in close contact with the sales team, brand managers and the customer service team. Reporting to the Sales Director Benelux Frederic Lahaut, you will have to ensure customer retention and develop new accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Negotiate and follow up a variety of business levers (promotion, assortment, innovation, visibility, etc..) with key accounts;
  • As a true representative of our brands, you provide useful field information and report your activity to your customers;
  • You manage customer budgets as well as sales animation and brand merchandising;
  • Follow up and negotiate with the various accounts;
  • Implement the commercial policy (pricing policy, sales conditions, distribution networks and methods, brand policy, etc.);
  • Participate in the development of the commercial strategy;
  • Deliver CNS – volume – cash flow – customer business targets within dedicated accounts.

PROFILE CANDIDATE

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Education level Bachelor or Master;
  • Succesful Key Account experience on-trade;
  • Strong IT-skills (Office, CRM, SAP ..);
  • Bilingual Dutch/ English
