For the E-Commerce team we are looking for a:



In this role you will be responsible for the business and partnership with our biggest e-tailers. Under your responsibility you will drive our online activities through JBP and drive our brands and our category to meet and exceed shopper needs. You are sales driven but understand the important dynamics of the online channel. You are a commercial expert who will design the customer strategy, implement it from vision to execution, and have strong negotiation and selling skills to win in this strategic channel. The right candidate will drive further expansion of our brands online through long-term partnerships with key customers like Wehkamp, Douglas, ICI Paris XL, and De Bijenkorf.

You will be using your skills and ownership to accelerate our e-commerce business. You have at least a basic knowledge of e-commerce, with a strong desire to learn more. You will be working closely with the e-commerce team and make a clear difference with our partners. This is a role where your vision, conviction and leadership will really make a mark! In this role you will report to Daan Wildeboer, Head of E-commerce.


Business Performance

  • Building & developing collaborative partnerships with our key e-tailers;
  • P&L ownership from Gross Sales to Net Revenue to drive growth & profitability;
  • Negotiating trade terms and contracts;
  • Managing customer co-op & trade budget and reporting to finance;
  • Planning & managing of customer activations and campaigns in line with brand strategy, in collaboration with our Trade Marketeer E-commerce;
  • Exploring commercial opportunities & negotiate Joint business plans to optimize trade spend and maximize sales;
  • Working on improving the conversion & brand experience on the platforms, in collaboration with our Online Conversion Specialist;
  • Aligning with customer to share data on performance and shopper behaviour to enable business analysis and actioning of recommendations;
  • Monitoring, analysing and reporting on weekly/monthly business performance.

Strategic Contribution

  • Bachelor/ Master degree in a relevant field;
  • Proven experience in (online) Key Account Management;
  • Experience in defining business strategies with commercial acumen;


  • Proven track record in building strong relationships and influence stakeholders;
  • Competitive-nature, sales and revenue focused, goal-driven individual;
  • Clear, collaborative communicator;
  • Very strong negotiation skills;
  • Demonstrates strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives;
  • Basic knowledge of E-commerce business and driven to learn more;
  • Think & act like a start-up mentality: entrepreneurial and high ownership;

  • Fluent in both written and spoken Dutch and English.
