innocent is the fastest growing drinks brand in Europe. With offices in London, Paris, Tokyo, Amsterdam and many others, it’s our mission to become the world’s favorite little healthy drinks company. The Benelux region, which is managed through the Amsterdam office, has grown significantly over the last few years to be the nr 2 chilled juice and smoothie brand in both the Netherlands and Belgium.
Therefore, to support this growth, we are looking for a bright and energetic:
JUNIOR BRAND MANAGER
POSITION
As our Junior Brand Manager, you’ll be fully responsible for the tactics and execution of our Consumer Communications (like social media) and our annual woolly campaign the “Goedgemutste Breicampagne”. In this you’ll have room for your own creativity, but also the resources to work with different agencies. Next to that, you support your manager on product launches, most brand campaigns and trial driving initiatives and activations. You’ll be based in our brand-new office in the heart of Amsterdam and will report into the Benelux & South Head of Marketing, Benjamin van der Kloet. You’ll also be working closely with local and international teams & creative freelancers and agencies (social media, PR, design and copywriting).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign execution, like our Big Knit and Big Rewild campaigns;
- Social media strategy, advertising, and content creation;
- Consumer services;
- In-store marketing communications, like POS materials and tastings;
- Portfolio management and NPD development.
PROFILE CANDIDATE
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor or academic degree;
- You already have a first successful experience in a marketing role, preferably in FMCG, with a creative spark combined with good communication skills;
- You speak Dutch fluently and have proficiency in English; speaking French would be the cherry on the cake.
RELEVANT COMPETENCIES:
- You will need to display your brand marketing experience, personality and skills. You understand the basics of marketing and the tools that help to build a brand;
- You are able to demonstrate project management skills, creative thinking, are a confident self-starter with passion and enthusiasm and have the ability to sink your teeth in projects and show great people skills;
- You are pro-active, and able to deliver in a busy environment, great with others and able to engage with cross-functional teams and external partners;
