POSITION

Working from our office in the heart of Rotterdam the Jr. Omnichannel Marketer leads the assortment strategy for the Direct-to-Consumer Channels and creates the commercial and promotional planning for our physical stores and all digital channels. This role is as well responsible for the creation and execution of online campaigns and content for our eShop and owned digital communication channels, such as social media and newsletter. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring that we enchant the world with chocolate. In this role you will report to the Omnichannel Manager, Ramon Doomen.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assortment Management

  • Analysis of assortment and consumer needs in order to identify gaps for permanent, seasonal and In&Out products;
  • Financial management of our assortment (KPI tracking);
  • Owner of D2C new product development process;
  • Manage on-pack / stickering requirements.

Promotion Planning

  • Planning campaigns and promotions to ensure that consumers have a seamless customer journey across channels, offline and online
  • Point of contact and responsible for all communications with Shopping & Outlet centers of our physical stores.

Online Campaign Execution

  • Execution of (seasonal) campaigns on digital channels;
  • Online content creation for eShop and Pure Players (Bol.com & Amazon);
  • Responsible for organic growth Social Media and Newsletter subscribers.

PROFILE CANDIDATE

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Academic/bachelor degree;
  • Relevant internship / work experience within the FMCG or an e-retailer like Bol.com
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.

RELEVANTE COMPETENCES

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
  • Problem solver, thinks in opportunities and challenges;
  • Highly independent worker, hands-on, self starting, self-motivating;
  • Proficient in MS Office is a must. MS Excel analysis work and MS PowerPoint slide deck preparing and presentation are import parts of this role;
  • Knowledge of Magento2 would be beneficial;
  • Commercial understanding;
  • Customer focused, able to constructively challenge;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to influence and communicate at all levels.
