POSITION

The HR Manager of our young and growing Lindt & Sprüngli subsidiary will have the opportunity to set-up the HR department in Benelux. This job will play a crucial role in building our people & culture. Partner with the management team to ensure that we recruit, retain and grow the best people. Within this role you will report to Loïc Labeeu (Country Manager Benelux).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partners with the management team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Plays a critical role in bringing ambition to live through driving the talent agenda, ensuring organisational health, and leading changes needed to be a sustainably growing business.
  • Manages the talent acquisition process (recruitment, interviewing, and hiring).
  • Lead our employee engagement plan to unlock better results.
  • Analyse trends in compensation and benefits to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Provides support, guidance and leadership when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.
  • Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Owner of TMS and talent management cycle.
  • Execute all administrative tasks along the employee life cycle (e.g. contracts, employee data, reference letters, absence management etc.).
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

PROFILE CANDIDATE

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor or Master degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields);
  • Relevant HR work experience, preferably in an FMCG environment.

RELEVANT COMPETENCIES                                             

  • Curious, determined, entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative, ambitious, empathic, capability to solve conflicts, effective communication skills;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations;
  • Fluent in Dutch & English.
