                                                                                                            E-COMMERCE MANAGER


Iglo is looking for a superstar to further expand our eCommerce business. This channel has consistently grown over the past 5 years and remains full of high growth opportunities for you to grab! You will be responsible for leading, owning and developing our eCommerce strategy, where you will work closely together with our headquarters in the UK in order to align with our global ambitions and framework. You will drive the creation and delivery of accelerated growth plans across all existing and key future customers. You are our eCommerce expert and you work across the teams to land your strategic plan and direction.

You have a passion for our brand and growing it online to increase availability for our consumers. We are in search of a data loving mind who understands the importance of testing and learning across multiple customers and interfaces. You can inspire our team with possibilities within eCommerce and have an entrepreneurial mindset of new ways of doing things, in new channels and with new customers. Above all you enjoy working together in a small team in a past paced environment.

As our eCommerce Manager, you are part of our Sales team. You report directly to our Sales Manager, Arthur van den Hoven, with a dotted line to our Marketing Director, Rebecca Nascimento.


  • Lead, own & develop our local eCommerce strategy;
  • Work with central HQ team to translate the global Digital Commerce strategy to our local market;
  • Directly lead our Omnichannel (AH.nl, Jumbo.com, Plus.nl) and Pureplay accounts (Picnic);
  • Identifying and building opportunities for the eCommerce channel. For example Quick Commerce with players such as Getir, Flink or Gorillas;
  • Support customer account team (Jumbo.com, Plus.nl) in all eCommerce related topics;
  • Act as eCommerce expert within our local business and ensure all team are aligned;
  • Connect and align your strategy with other Nomad Foods markets with overlapping customers.



  • Relevant Degree (HBO/WO);
  • Relevant  experience in Commerce growth levers and challenges;
  • Not a must, but knowledge of the FMCG retail business model would be a plus;
  • Experience in working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and a desire to do things differently.


  • An open, enquiring mind: you are obsessed with understanding and improving the customer journey;
  • Strong analytical & excellent IT skills – Excel, Nielsen, POS systems;
  • Ability to communicate and make an impact with people across all different levels, nationalities, and cultures within and outside the organization.
