DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
POSITION
We are looking for an independent, enthusiastic and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Benelux Marketing team. He/ She will define and manage the communication and marketing campaigns for the digital platforms, manage the social media plan and support the general digital transformation inside the company. The Digital Marketing Specialist reports to Olga Dragoiu (Marketing Manager Benelux).

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Definition and management of communication and marketing campaigns B2C and B2B on digital platforms; media agencies management in relation to that;
- Tracking and Analysis of different campaigns’ and company’s digital properties’ performances (Analytics);
- SEO / SEA strategy definition, implementation and optimization, in coordination with digital partners;
- Management of Benelux digital eco-system; Social Media platform, CMS, Newsletter and Campaign tool, Analytics either directly and or with the support of an agency;
- Management of Social Media Plan (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) coordinating agencies, including the definition of editorial plan, community management, media plan and monitoring;
- Creation and/or adaptation of digital assets for company’s digital platforms (owned), ie social network assets, banners, landing pages, websites;
- Digital PR agencies management;
- High involvement/integration in the definition of company’s 360° Communication campaign (not only digital);
- Regular collection and sharing of trends and innovation in digital marketing; competitor’s activities monitoring in digital environment;
- Supportive in digital transformation trend inside the company.
PROFILE CANDIDATE
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor or Masters Degree, preferably in (digital) Marketing;
- Relevant digital marketing experience, preferably in FMCG / multinational environment;
- Familiarity with Marketing Technology; CMS, Marketing Automation, personalization, and A/B testing;
- Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud is a plus.
RELEVANT COMPETENCIES
- Independent, hands-on and results oriented;
- High level skills in planning and analysis are needed: business-to-objective mindset;
- Proactive and strong hands-on mentality;
- Organized and methodical approach;
- Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken;
- Willing to travel to HQ 1-2 times a year.
