Our business in the Benelux region, which is managed through the Amsterdam office, has grown significantly over the last few years. We became the nr 2 chilled juice and smoothie brand in the Netherlands and even nr 1 in Belgium. We have also set up the brand in Southern Europe such as Spain, Italy and Portugal. In Italy after only 3 years in business we’re already nr 1 brand in chilled juice.

In order to support our business in these countries we are looking for an enthusiastic and analytical BLINI (Benelux + Southern Europe):

                                                                                                                CATEGORY MANAGER


In order to support this growth and strengthen our regional business, we have a Category Manager role in place, to support our commercial and marketing teams with regional category expertise. This role will report into the F+ Category & Insight Team Leader, Leila Dekali, based in Paris and work closely with the local Benelux and Mediterranean account and brand managers.


  • You’re the bridge between marketing and sales, by collecting and analysing a huge amount of data (shopper, consumer and customer data) to shape it into flawless category visions;
  • You’re able to combine data with a strong gutfeel and understand how to build credible category stories;
  • You’re a great speaker, able to convince fierce retailers through insight-based stories and take them on board about your vision and objectives for the category;
  • With your passion for and experience in FMCG you understand how to win in-store and how to convert more shoppers into buyers for the brand but also for the wider Chilled Juice category;
  • You build the best long term action plan and strategy for each market to succeed in attracting new shoppers and driving bigger baskets;
  • You’re a chameleon and can adapt your speech to various markets with different cultural environments (Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy & Portugal);
  • All this with innocent tone of voice and visual identity.



  • Bachelor or academic degree;
  • You already have a successful experience in category management;
  • You speak Dutch and English fluently.


  • You’re an ambitious and analytical category manager;
  • Working with customer and shopper data (Nielsen/IRI and Kantar);
  • Creating great category vision and engaging presentations;
  • Being comfortable in data processing but, being able to step back to see the bigger picture and leave your audience with only the key messages;
  • Being able to communicate naturally and build trust relationships;
  • Managing all stakeholders and responsibilities of this role with great organization skills and time management (having to deal with both strategic category management and retailer-facing implementation across 5 very different countries).
