BRAND MANAGER SANEX
POSITION
In this Brand Manager role, you will be working on one of the most powerful body care Brands in Europe. Sanex is pouring all of its passion and dedication into offering the consumer the most advanced skincare solutions with one clear mission: to keep people’s skin at its healthy best. In this position you are part of the Consumer Experience team and within it, you are the Brand Champion responsible for the growth of Sanex. Furthermore, you are the owner of local consumer insights, making sure they are at the heart of our local decisions and strategies; from budget creation, portfolio management, media campaigns and shopper programs, all while enhancing and strengthening the brand equity. You will report directly to Marit van Houte (Sr. Marketing Manager Personal Care & Home Care Netherlands).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strengthen the brand through impactful marketing campaigns in collaboration with our media agency;
- Implement and manage the local social media and PR strategy in collaboration with our agencies, including an influencers & ambassador program and PR events;
- Partner with the European Brand Team to build next year’s pipeline, fitting the local consumer needs;
- Lead the retail activations and development of high-quality POS material and promotion plans – for our key retail partners in close collaboration with the Sales Team;
- Set up marketing partnerships (media and brand partnerships) with the aim of generating consideration & trial;
- Manage your local marketing budget.
PROFILE CANDIDATE
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Academic degree;
- Relevant experience in Brand Management/Product Management (incl P&L and budget management) in a FMCG environment;
- Experienced digital transformation is a big plus;
- Good written and verbal skills in Dutch and English.
