BRAND MANAGER
POSITION
As Brand Manager you are part of the marketing team Laundry & Home Care. In this role you will be responsible for the fastest growing player in the Netherlands within this category, Witte Reus. There are a lot of opportunities for innovations, growth of the category and growth of the brand. Besides you will be responsible for the complex and challenging category of insecticides. You’ll report to Kim Severijn – van der Aar (Head of Marketing – Laundry & Homecare).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will have full responsibility for the management of two of our focus brands, with the goal to realize targets on turnover, profit and market share;
- Full marketing budget responsibility;
- Responsibility for the preparation and implementation of marketing plans in the areas of innovation, assortment, media, promotion, pricing and distribution based on the latest category and market insights;
- Analyse brand, client and market data and process this data into useful information and arguments;
- Successfully cooperate with stakeholders such as international headquarters, Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, Legal.
PROFILE CANDIDATE
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Academic degree;
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English;
- Relevant experience in international FMCG environment.
RELEVANT COMPETENCIES:
- Strong personality, persistent, creative, ambitious and result driven;
- Able to give presentations to a group and to defend your point of view;
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
