GROUP ACCOUNT MANAGER

POSITION

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsibility for a group of clients within the Dutch retail market representing more than 40% of total company revenue;
  • Responsibility for a team of key account managers;
  • Direct reporting line to the Sales Director;
  • Responsibility for developing a strategic mid- to long term plan how to grow market share, turnover and profit of the client group;
  • Responsibility to develop young talents into future sales leaders.

PROFILE CANDIDATE

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Master degree;
  • Relevant working experience in a Marketing and/or Sales role;
  • Experience in FMCG is an advantage;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.

RELEVANT COMPETENCIES:

  • Analytical and creative;
  • Persistent and result driven;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good at starting and maintaining business contacts;
  • Good knowledge of Category Management and Trade Marketing;
  • Strong personality with the ability to convert ideas into concrete actions and results.
